I purchased an F350 Lariat at this dealership. I live in Louisiana and had to have it registered there. The process was much longer than it should have taken. In fact, the paperwork stayed at the dealership for about 11 days before being sent to their title company. Then, the title company kept it for several days before sending it to another title company in LA. All the while I have 30 days to pay the taxes in LA on the truck I just bought, however, the taxes were collected by the dealership. Now, I’m on the doorstep of facing penalties in LA for not paying the taxes on the new purchase when I was taken completely out of this equation. With that being said, I sent multiple emails, and made calls that were never answered or returned. Finally, when I spoke to a manager on a Friday, he assured me they would look into it and try to speed things up. He promised they would call me on the very next Monday with an update. Guess what, never called me back. The lack of responsiveness really did me in for this place. Apparently once the sale was complete, they were finish with me. It is very unfortunate, I love the truck, but I would never go back, or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Dealership didn’t disclose on a new vehicle that the warranty had started the day they took delivery of it. They then did very little to try and amend the situation, trying to say that my extended warra warranty had started the day they took delivery of it. Sal was supposed to call me back once he heard from the tire manufacture in 2 days, I have yet to hear back from him.
