Spoke with Steve Mansell and it looks like he's willing to make it right. I would like to say some of this is my fault, for not paying attention to the terminology that carfax used. I would like to make a suggestion, on something that might prevent this in the future, print the carfax in color. ill keep updating the progress.

Well Saturday I left feeling pretty good when I left the dealership, I had a newer truck with less miles. It didn't have all the features that my other one had but I was OK with that. Eddie told me that would most likely happen because the deal I got on the first truck. When I got there I met with Eddie, and he tried to talk me into keeping the truck. He was showing me the lemon paperwork, to show me what was fixed on it, but the information wasn’t there, like I told him when we first spoke on the phone. During that same phone conversation, he told me several times that any reasonable person would just sign forms because it was a good truck and I would be getting a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. At this point that was my first time hearing that. He didn’t seem to understand why I felt like not everything was right. Look at it from my side, I bought the truck around July 20th never got a call about my plates, had to go get another temp plate, but was never told why I didn’t have plates yet. When I do finally get a call, it was for me to sign lemon papers, I send an email and left a message a didn’t hear back from anyone until I wrote the first review, which by the way this is the first time a I have ever written one. Anyway let me get back to what happened Saturday, when I got there and met with Eddie he passed me off to my salesman he’s a good guy and I don’t hold anything against him. Eddie was the one making the deals. While I was there right next to me someone was buying a lemon truck and Eddie was going over everything with him, that sure never happened to me when I got the first truck. Anyway second truck they showed me is the one I ended up getting even though it was not everything I wanted. So like I said I was driving home in my new truck and feeling pretty good I thought I got a pretty good deal and after dealing with Eddie I was ready to get home. When I say dealing with Eddie I mean dealing with a true cars salesman, he actually told me I was being ridiculous because I wouldn’t go up 5 more dollars when I have already went up 10 dollars and added a year to my loan, then he tries to do the I’m losing money on this deal such BS. Anyway the reason I’m writing this was when I got home and looked at the old trucks paperwork and the new ones I found out they gave me $2,279 less on the truck I turned in, then what I paid for it back in July. Do not trust this dealership they are all about themselves and do not care at all if they screw you over. And I will be reposting this review under a different name every month so it stays as a current review. And the GM Mr. Mansell was a non-factor never heard back from him after the first time he just handed me off to the snake Eddie.
