Brian Fabian probably has the worst customer service in Texas if not America. These people are lazy and couldn’t care less about your issues. Ask for a manager and you’ll be told they don’t have one and hang up. I’m sorry if you’ve bought anything from these people. Truck I bought was online for a price then when asked to do paperwork they added another 20k because they needed to run it through the shop. Don’t fall for any of there games they will try to get you. Worst dealership period. More

During the car being in getting the oil change and tire rotation I got a text stating my sir and cabin filters were in the yellow and coolant was in need of flush. Which I addressed the last time in informing the advisor that I had it July 2024 but at another dealer as they has a special. So the info I’m giving the advisors just go nowhere. The info isn’t shared with the tech performing the service. All he is going off of it miles. I would think my info should be logged and then he or she has the info.
