ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I ever encountered. Took them over 4 months to complete work on my vehicle, the majority of which was due to their own ineptitude. Completely impossible to connect with anyone by phone or text and all requests for updates and information are simply ignored. Literally had to show up at the dealership in person to get any information (and I live 1,000 miles away). Anytime that information was provided, it turned out to be an outright lie. They even tried to not honor the existing warranty on the vehicle. On the verge of being fraudulent. Would give them zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More

Terrible service department. I left my car to have some warranty work done and it was there for 5 weeks. I wanted them to check my window being scratched on the outside. When I pick my car up they had damaged the door on the inside. When I took it back they called me a liar and said that it was already like that. Do not do business with these people they do not return calls they just fix your car and then charge you fortunately mine was all on warranty. Now they want to call me a liar do not do business with this place More

They issued the check to the bank I financed with and then weeks later for no apparent reason issued a stop payment on the check... I could go on and on about this dealership. Absolute Crooks! Unfortunately I am having to take a hiatus from work to care for my father who is in that later stages of cancer. I have only had a company car for several years. I inquired about a truck through cars.c care for my father who is in that later stages of cancer. I have only had a company car for several years. I inquired about a truck through cars.com. a couple days went by and we agreed on a price over the phone and they sent me buy sheet. We agreed I would come in that evening to finalize the purchase. They told me I had to put a nonrefundable deposit on it to hold it for a few hours, which I really did not mind and told them I would asap. Which is where it got crazy. I was caring for my father and he was having some issues that required my attention and the over the next 1 1/2 to 2 hours, Heman called and text me over and over, telling me they haven’t received the deposit. During that time I was helping my father, who needed me more then Heman needed that $500. I got frustrated with his pestering me and told him to just sell the xxxx truck if he needed to. After a day, I contacted Heman and asked if the truck was still there. It was but he said they would not honor that price anymore!? I asked who the manager was that made the decision not to honor the price…. I get a call from GSM Brian Bertschy, who basically said blah, blah, blah that I missed out and it was too late to get that price! Its a truck, I lived 53 years without it and wont die if I don’t own it. BTW, IT was about $1800 off of a $72k truck, whoopy!! My advice is to RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Find a honest place to buy from, life is too short to play their games! If they think It was more important to put a deposit on a truck to hold it for a few hours, than care for my ailing father, they are sick in the head! More
