Upon ar After having an absolutely horrible experience at Westway Ford in Irving, we decided to make the trek out to McDavid ford in White Settlement. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and on time by our primary sales associate, Karl Brown. Karl spent probably 45 minutes going over every detail and feature of the vehicle and how to use it with us. In fact, he spent so much time with us that his next customer arrived and he had his sales partner, Randy Lanier, help us with the purchase paperwork. Both Karl and Randy made the car buying experience so wonderful for us, with open and honest communication. There was no haggling involved whatsoever. We had named a price range and Karl immediately got us right in range and even got us our truck for less than he had originally quoted it. We left feeling like we'd made friends for life and reassured that we'd gotten a great deal and exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend seeing either one of these sales associates at McDavid for your next vehicle. I feel confident that we will be customers for life. More

Bait and Switch I looked at two F250 Super Duty XLT trucks on the dealer's website. Both had high discounts. One over $9,000 and the other over $7,500. Seemed high I looked at two F250 Super Duty XLT trucks on the dealer's website. Both had high discounts. One over $9,000 and the other over $7,500. Seemed high compared to other dealerships. I called and the salesman verified that those prices were good. I asked to have his manager send me an email verifying the pricing. Salesman said I had to come out to the dealership to get the prices verified. I live an hour away so asked again for the deal in writing. At 8:30 pm Saturday night the sales manager called and told me those were fleet price and my discount for one truck would be under $6,000.00. Thes used to be called "Hooker Adds". I guess they still exist but cleaned up the name. Didn't offer to do anything. Just said he couldn't sell me the truck for the advertized price. No thanks. More
McDavid Ford No Service - Service Center Over the past few visits the McDavid Ford Service Center, could not find out why the service light on my Escape was showing a problem but keep chargin Over the past few visits the McDavid Ford Service Center, could not find out why the service light on my Escape was showing a problem but keep charging me $90.00 + tax and fixed nothing then when I ordered parts (that only ford can supply) told they were in, took the time to collect them and was told that only ford could fit them, made plans to have the parts fitted took the car in and left for most of the day, went back to get my car and was told that the parts had been missed placed and some manager was to of contacted me. But had lost my contact information. This is one of the worst Dealerships I have ever been to, More
Best Car buying experience Ever A few weeks I visited a competitor Ford dealership and had the worst experience i had ever had trying to buy a car. I had dealt with the most blatant A few weeks I visited a competitor Ford dealership and had the worst experience i had ever had trying to buy a car. I had dealt with the most blatant form of bait and switch I had ever experienced. I have been very dedicated to The Ford Motor Company over the years and up until then I had never even dreamed of buying anything else. Once I was done with dealership "X" I swore that I would never buy a Ford again. In fact I immediately started at looking at Dogde, that's how bad it got. Last week in a last ditch effort my wife convinced me to give McDavid Ford a try and begrudgingly I did. Right when we arrived we were met by our rep T.J. Elkhatib, I didn't have to hunt someone down or get passed off 3 times, he met us on the lot and got us to the car we were looking for. I made it known to him very early about my experience at Dealership "X", his first comments to me after listening to my story was he was going to be very upfront and honest with me as he would put it "zero games" would be played. The other thing I was so impressed about was we he was a "car guy". He knew everything about the car I was looking at and even the one's I wasn't, he loved cars, loved knowing about cars and simply just wanted to talk about them. As I picked out the car I wanted we went to the table to talk over the deal he quickly went over to talk to his Sales Manager Brian Bertschy and informed him of the experience I had at Dealership "X" as well, Brian again assured me no games up front and honest discussions about the deal and that is exactly how they were. As we hammered out the deal I kept waiting for the bait the switch, that one little detail that was originally left out. It never came in fact I was so impressed with the operation I ended up paying more for the car than I had planned and never flinched at it. I was so appreciative of their honesty and straight forwardness I had no troubles making sure I had a deal with them. I was extremely impressed with the way they handled their customers I was certain I would be back to buy another car from them. And a so I did. While waiting for my finance paperwork my wife letting Brain and T.J. know how much we appreciated their hard work and honesty she started to discuss the current car she was in (which was not a Ford) and how we correct that. Brian and TJ both took some notes form the discussion asked a few further questions and said they thought they had a couple of cars that fit her criteria. Next morning they called us and asked if we could bring her car that afternoon. She drove up to see what they had and within a matter of really a few minutes maybe an hour had worked out an incredible deal for her as well. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the cars we purchased, but more importantly we are more impressed with the individual attention we received from both TJ and Brian. Most places you shop today you are merely a number or a dollar sign to those companies, Brian and TJ prove that at David McDavid Ford people are what matter to them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new car. More

When I got there I got was welcomed by Micheal (a charmer, out of this world kind of guy), then proceed to meet Jeff DeTray. I had an appointment with Jeff and from the beginning he made us feel like family. The whole experience was a blessing because Jeff went above and beyond to provide me with extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend visiting Jeff DeTray if you're looking for an A+ experience buying your new vehicle. More
They charged for something they didn't even fixed. Brought my Ford Fusion Hybrid for oil change and fix my navigation system.. charged me $871 and still not fixed. Horrible Customer Service after the sell I bought a vehicle off the show room floor back in October 2016, then I had the not so fun pleasure of changing a tire for the first time, since purch I bought a vehicle off the show room floor back in October 2016, then I had the not so fun pleasure of changing a tire for the first time, since purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that there were no tire tools under the deck lid. I went into the Dealership, in an attempt to tell them what happened and to hopefully have them provide me with some tools. Well, that didn't go as planned. (Eddie) who is the floor manager advised me that, since buying the car several months prior, (As if I had lost the parts) that a lot of things could have happened and there was nothing they could do for me. he also tried to tell me that it is not uncommon for them to sell vehicles with missing tools, or parts. I would not recommend this Ford Dealership to anyone, that expects good customer service. More
Worse service and technicians ever 4/3/17 Wife took our 2017 Ford Mustang GT with 6,269 miles on it in for a check engine light on and an oil change. After almost 2 hours the service ad 4/3/17 Wife took our 2017 Ford Mustang GT with 6,269 miles on it in for a check engine light on and an oil change. After almost 2 hours the service advisor brought car to her and said oil change is done and she is ready to go and oh the service engine light is 569 misfires on the engine left side cylinder head. She said no she was not going to drive it and take the chance of breaking down wanted to leave the car and have it fixed. Service advisor then told her she could not have a loan car that she would have to rent a car, good lord after 77 days in the service dept., them tearing into the engine 3 times, replacing the cylinder head, constant lying including you Mike Davis Mr. Service Director, forged work order and paperwork, false statements by the mechanic trying to cover for all the mistakes he made and the unreturned phone calls by the service advisor. OMG this Ford Dealer needs a serious personal overhaul. Oh they did provide us a Ford Escape for 17 of the 77 days our car was in there...I have spent over $400k in the last 4 years purchasing Ford vehicles and Ford refuses to buy back this Mustang and now I am in the process going through the courts to make them buy it back under the Texas lemon law.
