Great experience I was in the market for a late model Ford Focus. I agree with others that Lynn Self (Big Tex) is the best sales person I have dealt with. I am very satisfied with the car, the price and the process. Lynn and Vinny Losasso were helpful and nothing was forced and no pressure was applied, They presented their information and I could accept, counter, or walk away with no problem. They had a good selection of used cars and Lynn listened to my requirements and was willing to show me the best fits that he felt were within my budget even those that were a little above my budget. They didn't even acknowledge me!! I went in to try and get an oil change and wiper blades replaced on my F-150. I pulled into the service bay and waited. No one bothered to help me. Se I went in to try and get an oil change and wiper blades replaced on my F-150. I pulled into the service bay and waited. No one bothered to help me. Several people who work there walked pass me. No one said a word to me. I walked inside and waited for almost 10 more minutes. Still no one offered to help me, or even acknowledge my present. I walked back out and got in my truck without ever being helped. Worthless!!! I'll never step foot in there again. Peter More

Great Visit! I was helped over the phone and on the lot by both Mr. Steve Belcher and Aaron Cabledue. Both gentlemen were helpful to a great degree. Deon and Gerald did their very best to meet my high expectations. Also, Andrey (finance) was very, very helpful with the paperwork and made a decent deal become an AMAZING one. If someone is over in their neighborhood, I would stop by to see what they can do. More

Constant harrassment I requested a quote from the Ford wedsite for a specific model. I received quotes via email from other dealers, but I never received a quote from Davi I requested a quote from the Ford wedsite for a specific model. I received quotes via email from other dealers, but I never received a quote from David McDavid. Instead I have received endless harassment from this dealership. I have four times told employees of David McDavid that I never, ever want to hear from them again, yet two weeks later the harassment continues.
