I needed my add-ons within a few days...Yes, they did it!! Finance was a breeze. No Sales Pressure! Normally, I hate shopping for a new car or truck. The High Pressure sales pitch from a fast talking salesmen will put me off faster than anything else. Luckily, I didn’t get that when I stopped at Texas Motors Ford. It was a hot afternoon and I just stopped to look around, but Nick Markland ventured out to see if I needed help anyway. No pressure, no hype, just answered my questions and showed me what I wanted to see. I decided that if I was going to buy a new truck, this was where I was going to get it. They had a great selection and their sales prices were as low or lower than anywhere else I had looked. I made some notes about a few trucks and went home to think it over. It was good that I did NOT get 48 follow up phone calls urging me to buy it today! So even though I was just lookin' around, I bought one a few days later. When it came time to sign the papers and the inevitable last minute pitch to buy the extended warranty was offered, it remained a pleasant experience. I never got the feeling I was paying too much or getting stuck with something I didn't want. Even after the purchase I know if I call and ask for help or information about some new gadget on the truck, I will get a quick response from Nick. I would highly recommend this dealer and their staff. More

We have our Fords serviced at Texas Motor Ford as well. Their service department is wonderful as well. We work with Jason Palmatier and he does an excellent job. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Texas Motor Ford and dealing with Justin Ketterer.
