Pleasantly Unstressful As an experienced car buyer I try to make the process as quick as possible, just to avoid the stress of haggling back-and-forth to get the best deal. As an experienced car buyer I try to make the process as quick as possible, just to avoid the stress of haggling back-and-forth to get the best deal. The last few times I've purchased vehicles, I've made sure to have pre-approval from the lender in hand to prevent that very thing from happening. That being said; the four times that I've bought vehicles at this dealership have all been very pleasant experiences. Your sales staff has always been very courteous and has never tried to use pressure tactics to get me into a vehicle I didn't want to purchase. This last purchase was especially pleasant. Mrs. Jody Crawford was wonderful in how she handled my concerns. What really impressed me was that if I had a question she could not answer, she would make sure to call someone who knew exactly what I wanted to know, rather than to come up with some of-the-wall answer that didn't make sense. I liked that very much. She is very kind, and makes sure that all questions and concerns have been answered. I would definitely buy another vehicle from her, and this dealership. Dan Hall in your finance department was great also. He made what is usually a long tedious process a quick and easy experience. He also keeps you laughing throughout.
