He was a true professional the whole time and we all enjoyed it because it never felt like a typical car sales experience! He even offered to share his dinner(a bag of chips) with us! He stayed over an hour after they closed just so we could finish the deal and take the vehicle home on Friday night to start the long holiday weekend. Thanks again Michael! More

Highly Recommended! I was in the market for a new F-150. I had done some research and found that this dealership was the recommended Ford dealer by Ed Wallace (the long t I was in the market for a new F-150. I had done some research and found that this dealership was the recommended Ford dealer by Ed Wallace (the long time DFW radio car show host). I had found a deal on a truck at 5 star Ford in NRH but they could not seal the deal (low ball on trade and other sneaky things). While I was wasting my time at 5 Star, Lynn "Big Tex" Self called me and gave me their price. Texas Motors Ford was a few grand higher than 5 star on the same exact truck. Lynn and Joseph Kelly agreed to match 5 stars price and give me a much higher price for my trade. I have to admit I was skeptical to make the long drive out, but Lynn assured me they were ready to sell. I got out there and sure enough it was the same truck, they honored the price and gave me what I was wanting for my trade. Everything we agreed upon over the phone was exactly what I got when I showed up and there were zero surprises. Having gotten this far in the process I was for sure there was some sort of trick that would get played once I got to the Financing department as I have learned that the Finance guy is usually the worst part of the whole buying process. I was introduced to Dan Hall and we got started. First thing, Dan gathered some info about how much I would be using the vehicle and then slid a piece of paper over with the extended warranty options, I looked them over and declined to purchase an additional warranty. Dan said "ok cool" and went on his way of finalizing the rest of the paper work, we signed everything and he thanked me for my business. I could not believe how nice this place was and how hassle free each person I dealt with was. I have never bought a vehicle with this much ease. In closing, I would like to thank Lynn, Dan and Joseph for such a great experience. This is truly a stand up dealership and it is a relief to find a place this customer oriented. I would highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you are in the market. I was worth the long drive out and I am extremely pleased. More
