I test drove the car (which Jody brought to my work) negotiated an deal during my test and bought the car. The only thing that I think should've been handled differently is the final paperwork. I financed outside of the dealership through my credit union, the dealer was wired the money for this sale, but I was still ask to come to the dealership which was about 45 minutes away to sign final paperwork. I am in the sales business and this could've been handle all in one transaction while the car was being delivered to me instead of me having to take a 3 hour lunch just to sign a couple pieces of paper. I have a very good experience with the exception of that. More

Honest I realize this is a tough word to use with most car dealers but this was sticks for me. They gave me what they told me they would. Along with this they were friendly and courteous. Michael Vargha looked me in the eye when he talked and did not look away. He told me the positives and negatives of each car we looked at. Overall the best experience as I have had in the thirty plus years I have been buying cars. More

Dave was very helpful and knew the answer to all of my questions (and I had a lot) and he was not pushy. I followed up via email with quite a few additional questions and when I was ready to pull the trigger, I scheduled an appointment to come in and Dave made sure everything was ready.
