Karl did a excellent job of walking us through the car buying process and he went above and beyond the call of duty today. We realized after leaving the dealership yesterday that we had left our GPS in our old car. We called Karl and after speaking to him he offered to drop it off at our home this evening after he was done for the day. I know we were a bit out of the way for him but he did it anyways. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Karl and the rest of the Texas Ford Motors team in the future. More

Due to a change of location of my employment, I needed a small compact car for better I bought a 2010 Ford F250 from this dealer about 5 months ago. Due to a change of location of my employment, I needed a small compact car for better gas mileage and to fit in the parking garage. I contacted Lynn Self to try and get advice on whether or not I would be able to make a trade since I had only had the vehicle for so short of a time. Lynn suggested I bring in the vehicle to see how much I could get on the trade in. Between Lynn Self, Jody Crawford, Joseph Kelly and Dan Hall, I was not only able to trade in my vehicle, but I am now saving 300 dollars a month on a brand new Ford Focus. They found creative ways to make the deal work, for what was best for my family. Jody was with me every step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and not stressing out.
