A Great Fall Saturday I have been searching for a truck deal whereby I could trade my two Ford trucks in on one truck that was a measurable upgrade. I have visited numerous dealerships with varying degrees of success, but none to a level that I felt I would drive away totally satisfied with the deal. One Ford dealership that I had done business with since 2005 low balled me with appraisals that made simply stand up and walk out. On a recent Sunday afternoon, my wife and I stopped by Texas Motors Ford just to look at their inventory and found a 2015 F250 King Ranch Super Duty that we fell in love with. Being a top of the line King Ranch, we didn't have much hope that we could ever own such a truck. After several communication originating from a website inquiry, we decided that salesman, Brian Brown, sounded genuine and so non-intrusive that we would take a chance and see what would happen. After calling Brian and giving him very short notice that we were on our way, we pulled up and he already had the truck pulled up ready for a test drive. During the test drive, we found Brian to be very personable and easy to deal with which made my wife and I very comfortable with the entire process. After Texas Motors Ford performed an appraisal on my trucks, a deal was presented to my wife and I that we found very acceptable. Following a very short and painless set down with finance manager, Mike, we ere ready to close out the process and drive away with the truck we thought we could never own. We will certainly do business with Texas Motors Ford again and will be asking for Brian. I would, and have already, recommend Texas Motors Ford to family ad friends alike. More

Her manager Carl and her were so helpful especially since I was having a hard time going from a mustang to a more economical vehicle. They were so patient and not pushy. They found me a beautiful Ford Escape which I am surprisingly very excited to drive and save $$ on gas and insurance and still not feel like an old lady driving an economical vehicle. I feel like they went above and beyond to please me and will use them again. Rhonda has to be the least pushy car salesman that has ever helped me achieve what I was having such a hard time doing on my own. Carl also made sure I was getting what I wanted. Rhonda spent extra time going over all the vehicles electronics with me as I never have had anything so high tech. Kudos to them both! More
