I explained that he would have to match the price and then it would come down to the trade. He was extremely professional. There was never any pushy salesman tactics. He was honest and up front about the whole process. The process took way longer than it should have but that wasn't his fault. If at any point I asked a question he couldn't answer, he called the right person and found the answer. Working with Lynn Self and Steve Belcher was a great experience. Steve listened to our requests for the car we had researched, a Ford Fusion. He showed us several choices and clearly answered our questions. We found just the certified, pre-owned car we wanted, and we took a test drive with Steve. When we mentioned a possible pull to the left side, Steve followed up with a slip for us to use to check it out at our convenience. We received a fair trade-in for our Ford 500. Steve and Lynn both kept a check on us while the paperwork was being processed on what was clearly a busier day than usual. We enjoyed a very positive experience throughout the whole process. The Ford Fusion is proving to be exactly the car we had hoped for. It drives easily, rides comfortably, and looks sharp! Those back bumper sensors certainly work hard to warn of anything nearby! When Steve began his conversation with us, he told us that his goal was to help us to find what we wanted, not push something we were not interested in. We think that his helpful attitude is one of the reasons we found just the right car for us. Lynn Self has done an excellent job of following up with us. There is a lot to be said that within a matter of weeks, we purchased 2 vehicles from Vinny- both being Ford. I would HIGHLY recommend him to others.
