They came highly recommended from Ed Wallace at insideautomotive.com and he was right. The folks at Texas Motors Ford show that there is a better way to business. Treated with respect while still giving us a very fair price. This was the easiest car deal I've ever done. The whole deal was done over the phone and email and in less than 24 hours. Justin just dropped off the car and we did all the paperwork right in our living room. What great service! My wife is elated that she has a new Mustang, lowered her current payment and didn't have to go to a dealership to take care of business. I highly recommend that you contact Justin if you are ready to buy a new or used car. He took great care working with us and I am sure will do the same for you. More

Simply wonderful!! Early last week Vinny helped my dad get into a new truck, once I drove it I was in love so decided to go see what I could find! We came back to Texas Motors Ford because I had such a wonderful experience when I bought my first F-150 there back in 2009 and then my first Escape last December. We came looking for Bobbie Soria because he had made the purchase of my first Escape absolutely wonderful. He is so nice and patient and he was responsible for my decision to buy from Texas Motors Ford again. In the process of my daughter buying her Mustang, I got the crazy idea that I wanted a Mustang as well. So Bobbie Soria, Jose Quezada, Gerald Rollinson and Robert Vela worked very hard and found the Mustang I wanted. My daughter drove a loaner Mustang off the lot to drive until hers arrived from Oklahoma and I was supposed to bring my care back the next day to finish my purchase of the Mustang. My daughter let me drive on the way home and I soon realized that the Mustang was too low and too much car for me. So the next day, I went back to the dealership and the entire team (Bobby, Jose, Gerald and Robert) worked very hard and were so pleasant and soon found the right vechicle for me. I purchased a Titanium Escape and I absolutely LOVE it. I have purchased from Texas Motors Ford in the past and, after this last experience, I will DEFINITELY purchase from them again. What a wonderful group of people they have working there and I want to especially thank BOBBY SORIA, JOSE QUEZADA, ROBERT VELA AND GERLA ROLLINSON for making my experience so enjoyable. More

He went above and beyond our expectations in working through all the details of finding us the right vehicle. Kudos also to Brian Bertschy in locating our vehicle for us, and making sure we got all the eligible rebates on the vehicle. Also, we enjoyed meeting and working with Dan Hall on the final paperwork. He was very cordial and professional. Overall...I would rate the Texas Motors staff as top notch! More

Is this a Ford or a Jaguar dealership! Wow! I do not know what peoples expectation of the car buying experience is, but strongly disagree with this dealerships review...I have went in to th Wow! I do not know what peoples expectation of the car buying experience is, but strongly disagree with this dealerships review...I have went in to this dealership on two different occasions in hope to buy a new vehicle, and both times this dealership has left me very annoyed! I will sooner drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a Ford dealership that al least makes an attempt at customer service, than go to this dealership. Which is five miles down the road! You sell Fords! Not Jaguars! Get over you all's selfs! The reason I did not pick a specific employee is because I would have to see one to know who to pick! I combed their lot for a good hour, and not so much as a peak around the corner to ask "How you are doing?" or "Can I help you?" I walked into the actual sales office, and very politely asked the customer service representative to page a sales associate for me, and sat in the lobby for at least half an hour waiting...ON A CAR DEALER! REALLY? At 1030 on a Thursday? Worst part is...This is not the first time this has happened to me either! I'm a respectable looking military man that has the income and credit score to afford any one of those vehicles on their lot! Don't really know if this was some kind of sales gimmick, or maybe i caught them at the wrong time. Either way. I will NOT be returning, and make sure that anyone interested is a Ford vehicle, brings their business else where! Furthermore, lets chat for a second on this dealership's maintenance department. I have found that most dealerships have a decent maintenance department, regardless of their sales department! This maintenance departments boasts one of the quickest I have ever seen! Well this is probably because they are so worried about how quick they can pump out vehicle maintenance, they forget to do the most important step...Ensure the job was done right...The first time!! My wife's Escape had a squeaky front left rotor...It took them three separate trips to get a rotor to work right! I probably could of fixed it, but the car was under warranty. I warn anyone that lives in this area to AVOID Texas Motor Ford! Learn from my mistakes! Go out of my way to another Ford dealership! It will be well worth your trip. More

I have to say that this was the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN TWELVE YEARS!! Lynn worked with me throughout the entire process, no having me talk to this manager, or this guy. He took care of the entire process. He did not waste my time, kept me informed throughout the process, no pressure, just worked to make it a deal I could work with.
