Our sales rep (Michael Hood) was very cordial and responsive to all our questions about the new car. He went above and beyond our expectations in working through all the details of finding us the right vehicle. Kudos also to Brian Bertschy in locating our vehicle for us, and making sure we got all the eligible rebates on the vehicle. Also, we enjoyed meeting and working with Dan Hall on the final paperwork. He was very cordial and professional. Overall...I would rate the Texas Motors staff as top notch! More
Is this a Ford or a Jaguar dealership! Wow! I do not know what peoples expectation of the car buying experience is, but strongly disagree with this dealerships review...I have went in to th Wow! I do not know what peoples expectation of the car buying experience is, but strongly disagree with this dealerships review...I have went in to this dealership on two different occasions in hope to buy a new vehicle, and both times this dealership has left me very annoyed! I will sooner drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a Ford dealership that al least makes an attempt at customer service, than go to this dealership. Which is five miles down the road! You sell Fords! Not Jaguars! Get over you all's selfs! The reason I did not pick a specific employee is because I would have to see one to know who to pick! I combed their lot for a good hour, and not so much as a peak around the corner to ask "How you are doing?" or "Can I help you?" I walked into the actual sales office, and very politely asked the customer service representative to page a sales associate for me, and sat in the lobby for at least half an hour waiting...ON A CAR DEALER! REALLY? At 1030 on a Thursday? Worst part is...This is not the first time this has happened to me either! I'm a respectable looking military man that has the income and credit score to afford any one of those vehicles on their lot! Don't really know if this was some kind of sales gimmick, or maybe i caught them at the wrong time. Either way. I will NOT be returning, and make sure that anyone interested is a Ford vehicle, brings their business else where! Furthermore, lets chat for a second on this dealership's maintenance department. I have found that most dealerships have a decent maintenance department, regardless of their sales department! This maintenance departments boasts one of the quickest I have ever seen! Well this is probably because they are so worried about how quick they can pump out vehicle maintenance, they forget to do the most important step...Ensure the job was done right...The first time!! My wife's Escape had a squeaky front left rotor...It took them three separate trips to get a rotor to work right! I probably could of fixed it, but the car was under warranty. I warn anyone that lives in this area to AVOID Texas Motor Ford! Learn from my mistakes! Go out of my way to another Ford dealership! It will be well worth your trip. More
Registration of vehicle I was very happy with the vehicle I purchased, but getting the vehicle plates was totally unsatisfactory. I requested, and I was assured repeatedly t I was very happy with the vehicle I purchased, but getting the vehicle plates was totally unsatisfactory. I requested, and I was assured repeatedly that it would not be a problem, to have the plates from my trade-in vehicle transferred to the vehicle I purchased. This was important to me because I am a disabled veteran and I wanted to keep my disabled veteran license plates. I never received anything that indicated that my license plates had been transferred to my new vehicle. I stopped in at the dealership on at least two occasions to check on this and was told it was being taken care of. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle I moved out of state to Ohio. With no resolution to my license plates being transferred to my new vehicle and the temporary tag getting ready to expire, I made repeated calls to the dealership to try to resolve the issue. I was finally told that everything was taken care of. At this point I expected to get a new registration for the vehicle I purchased with the expectation that I would be able to use my disabled veteran plates. I was very disappointed when this did not happen and I received a regular set of Texas license plates in the mail right before my temporary tag had expired. The disabled veteran license plate may not seem like a big thing, but to me it made a world of difference. I would love to hear from you concerning this matter, especially when I was told it would not be an issue to have my DV license plates transferred to my new vehicle. More

Great Experience Jody Crawford was fantastic. We decided we needed a new vehicle and my husband was going to be unavailable for a few weeks. So, in the meantime it was Jody Crawford was fantastic. We decided we needed a new vehicle and my husband was going to be unavailable for a few weeks. So, in the meantime it was my job to essentially do the "legwork" on researching and evaluating vehicles we were interested in. Ultimately, we had narrowed it down to a new Ford Escape. I began to put "feelers" out to different dealerships. Gaining more information on features, incentives and prices. Being my purchase wouldn't be made for about 3-4 weeks after I initially began, several dealerships became rather pushy. I had provided my contact information as email, as that was the preferred contact method for me. I had repeated emails from other dealers not really giving me information I requested, but asking for my phone number, even after stating I preferred email. Had several dealers trying to get me to purchase sooner than the time I told them I would purchase, etc. The only one who did not do that was Jody. When I emailed with her, she answered every question I had, had no problem with my timeline and never once acted as if anything I asked or requested was inconvenient. Even after providing my phone number she contacted me via email, as it was most convenient that way for me. When I knew what I was looking to pay and which model of the Escape I wanted, I went to her and told her what I expected to pay, when exactly I planned to purchase. Within 30 minutes I had it in writing and was guaranteed that nothing would change when we came in several days later. As soon as my husband was available, approximately a week later, we walked into Texas Motors Ford, asked for Jody, and everything went down exactly as we planned. She had everything ready, we signed some papers, paid exactly what we had agreed on, and got our vehicle. My husband couldn't have been more pleased as he knew everything had been negotiated, any questions we had were answered, and I had been treated respectfully during the process. Jody was really great and followed through with everything she told me she would do. We have already recommended her to friends that are looking to purchase. It was really not only painless, but a pleasant experience which we are greatly appreciative of. More
Love Texas Motors Ford - Customer For Life!!! My Mother and I went into Texas Motors Ford on a Saturday exactly one week after I had taken a very nasty fall off a motorcycle. I was bruised and hu My Mother and I went into Texas Motors Ford on a Saturday exactly one week after I had taken a very nasty fall off a motorcycle. I was bruised and hurting all over but, most of all, I was upset that my dream of getting my motorcycle license and owning a Harley was over. My Mom had convinced me that two wheels were not really in my future and that I should go and look at getting a new car. So I went in to the dealership and asked to speak with the salesman that had sold me my 2014 Escape, Bobby Soria. He was with another customer but took the time to greet us and I told him what I was looking for. I had done some online looking and had decided that I liked the "Gotta Have It Green" color, but wanted a convertible top and the touch screen navigation plus the good sound system. Bobby introduced us to Jose Quezada, who got all of my particulars about the car I was looking for and, with the help of Gerald Rollinson, began the search for my car. After searching, they were not able to find exactly what I was wanting and let me go over the choices they did find. I finally settled on a tuxedo black convertible with the touch screen navigation. Robert Vela in the finance department was excellent to work with and stayed to finish my paperwork as well as my Mother's paperwork (she had decided to get a Mustang too!) even though his son's prom was that evening and he really should have been doing the "Dad taking the pictures thing at home". So all of the paperwork was completed and Mom and I left (Mom driving) and she soon realized that the low slung seats in the Mustang were not going to work for her - she panicked a bit and I ended up asking her to pull over and I took over driving. The next day my Mother was worried about the Mustang and went back out to the dealership to talk to them. Everyone there was so nice (Bobby, Jose, Gerald) and they helped my Mother pick a new Escape that was better suited for her. Meanwhile, Jose Quezada texted me at work about a car they found (they had kept looking for my original dream car even after I had decided on the black and had left). The message asked me if I was interested in a "Gotta Have It Green" hard top mustang with the California package as well as the touch screen with navigation that I had originally wanted!! Was I interested??? You bet I was! I messaged him back and told him that I wanted the car and the team there made all the arrangements to have the car brought down from Oklahoma as well as re-doing all the paperwork to change the VIN numbers. I was in heaven. You just do not find this kind of service anymore. I am so thankful to Bobby Soria, Jose Quezada, Gerald Rollinson and Robert Vela for helping me find my dream car. I will never go to another dealership - there is no need - this team is the absolute best I have ever worked with and, rest assured, I will purchase again from Texas Motors Ford! (Not any time soon because I love my green Mustang so much - but I will be back! :) ) More

Went in for a new battery and come out with a new car! We originally went in for a new battery and they said it could be up to a 2 hour wait because they had to test battery.
