Wonderful experience from start to finish! My father and I were looking for a new Ford Mustang and had been to another dealership in the DFW area. We had a horrible experience with that dealer My father and I were looking for a new Ford Mustang and had been to another dealership in the DFW area. We had a horrible experience with that dealership and we were about ready to give up on trying to get a new car. My dad, after some research, found that Texas Motors Ford had the exact car we were looking for and contacted Lynn Self immediately. Lynn was so unbelievably helpful and we were so impressed by the level of customer service he provided. We were out of town at a family reunion and he drove the car out to us so that I could look it over and test drive it. The next day we went up to the dealership and purchased that very car. We were able to get an amazing deal on the car and a better trade-in offer than the previous dealership had given us. The financing process went smoothly and was quick and easy. Lynn has contacted me many times since that day just to check in and see how I'm liking my car and if I have questions. I recently went back to have my license plates put on and Lynn stayed with me the whole time to make sure that the plates were put on correctly and that I got all the necessary registration paperwork. He even ran my car through the wash because it was dirty! He personally introduced me to the service employee who has been assigned to help my with anything I need throughout my ownership of the car. Our original experience with the first dealership was so negative and so discouraging; really the worst scenario of the the typical "horrible car-buying experience". However, I'm glad the events played out the way they did because we ended up at Texas Motors and had the most wonderful car-buying experience possible!
