We purchased a new Ford Fusion "S" model, and sent requests out to several dealers in the Fort Worth area. Lynn's initial price beat the other dealers, as well as my compayn's X-plan pricing. We wanted a smooth and easy transaction, as we had our own financing and did not have a trade-in. Lynn had the car we discussed waiting for us to test drive, and it was the one we purchased. We were in and out in under three hours. It was the best experience we have had at a car dealership period. There were no additional pressures or upselling going on. We will be servicing our vehicles at Texas Motors Ford and will call Big Tex next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Chris Moll More

Well May 5th I sent in to research the 2012 w/ only 18,000 miles on Texas Motors Ford lot. Received email shortly after followed by a phone call from Lynn. Went in that same evening the Truck was clean and ready to test drive. Myself being in the service industry I appreciated Lynn's enthusiasm about his products. He was also knowledgeable. A couple hours later she was able to drive off in her dream truck. Dwight in finance was easy to work with and very informative also. I definitely would recommend Lynn Self, Rick Long and Joseph Kelly at Texas Motors Ford. We primarily worked with Lynn and he was great, went the extra mile, and was professional, but at the same time f Joseph Kelly at Texas Motors Ford. Rick Long was also involved in the deal from start to finish, and again I felt he was just great. While Joseph was not as involved as Lynn and Rick, he also gets high marks in professionalism and showed concern and interest in being sure we were getting what we needed as we went through the buying experience. I had already done some shopping for the car we wanted and had a very good price quote on a similar car to what we ended up buying from Texas Motors Ford. Even though I had the good quote from another dealer, we really wanted to buy from Texas Motors Ford because of their location, but then we found that they had the exact car we wanted in our first color choice. I let them know the price quote I already had and they matched that price, plus gave us a better price on our trade-in than what we expected. So, we ended up getting the car we wanted, at the dealership we wanted to buy from, at the lowest price we had found, and got a good price for our trade-in. Combine all of this with the great job that the sales team did and we were totally satisfied. We also felt the process through financing went extremely smooth. Overall, this is the way it should be when a person buys a new car, but unfortunately, many dealerships and sale people just do not get the job done the way this group did. More
