Once we decided on a great Ford Escape Brandon and the rest of the team took it from there. The level of commitment they showed us was second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure that we ended up in the vehicle we wanted and were financially comfortable with the purchase. Brian Bertschy was very instrumental in making our deal a great one. If you are looking for pushy salespeople then don't go to Texas Motors Ford. The staff there is very relaxed but helpful as well. All around a class act. As a die hard Ford owner and new to Texas, I'm glad i made the decision to go there. We will definitely be returning for our next new or used purchase. My wife and I just had our son a month ago and were in desperate need of a newer vehicle with more room and excellent safety. The whole staff there Hooked us UP! We never felt pressured to buy or obligated to stay. They listened to every detail we wanted in a vehicle and didn't push us in any direction otherwise. When we discovered we couldn't get the vehicle we wanted they accommodated us greatly by providing us with many different options and never stopped working hard to help us get into a vehicle we so desperately needed. The whole staff was very patient and had no problem in letting us take off for a few hours to think and pray about the decision of purchasing the vehicle. internet sales I found a 2013 Explorer on the internet with 13,000 miles at Texas Motors Ford. We went there and expected it to be gone and they would try to sell me I found a 2013 Explorer on the internet with 13,000 miles at Texas Motors Ford. We went there and expected it to be gone and they would try to sell me another car. To my surprise it was still there, but someone was test driving it. When it was returned we got to take it for a drive and Brandon our sales rep explained all the features of the car. When we got back we went into the office and in 15 minutes we made a deal for the car. The service we got from all the employees that we dealt with was fantastic. It was easy and painless and we were out of there in less that an hour. The car is Ford certified and under warranty, we truly had a great experience at Texas Motors Ford.
