Great dealer to work with! This was my first new vehicle purchase. I had visited a few other dealers in the area to do some comparison shopping and find out what type of truck w This was my first new vehicle purchase. I had visited a few other dealers in the area to do some comparison shopping and find out what type of truck would be best for our family. I had another dealership offer me a better price on the same truck, but didn't get a good vibe about him. I had some pretty direct questions that they kept dancing around. I decided to try TMF after talking to them over the phone. We were met by Michael Vargha in the lot while looking at some of the used trucks, it was a hour or so before closing and he stayed after to answer all our questions. With all the rebates they offered, it made more sense for us to by new. They were able to match the other dealers price and offer slightly more for our trade in, Carl Johnston was even able to beat our pre-approved financing that we had. All in all it was a great experience! I've had some past encounters with dealerships buying used cars and I was going in on the defensive. I quickly could see that this dealership ran differently. You can tell something about a place by the employees moral. Everyone I ran into seemed upbeat. All of my questions were answered with transparency. Definitely an overall pleasant experience. I will absolutely buy from them again for my future needs! More

Love my Escape and my Experience My daughter and I came to Texas Motors Ford to look for a new vehicle for her. We came back to Texas Motors Ford because I had such a wonderful exper My daughter and I came to Texas Motors Ford to look for a new vehicle for her. We came back to Texas Motors Ford because I had such a wonderful experience when I bought my first F-150 there back in 2009 and then my first Escape last December. We came looking for Bobbie Soria because he had made the purchase of my first Escape absolutely wonderful. He is so nice and patient and he was responsible for my decision to buy from Texas Motors Ford again. In the process of my daughter buying her Mustang, I got the crazy idea that I wanted a Mustang as well. So Bobbie Soria, Jose Quezada, Gerald Rollinson and Robert Vela worked very hard and found the Mustang I wanted. My daughter drove a loaner Mustang off the lot to drive until hers arrived from Oklahoma and I was supposed to bring my care back the next day to finish my purchase of the Mustang. My daughter let me drive on the way home and I soon realized that the Mustang was too low and too much car for me. So the next day, I went back to the dealership and the entire team (Bobby, Jose, Gerald and Robert) worked very hard and were so pleasant and soon found the right vechicle for me. I purchased a Titanium Escape and I absolutely LOVE it. I have purchased from Texas Motors Ford in the past and, after this last experience, I will DEFINITELY purchase from them again. What a wonderful group of people they have working there and I want to especially thank BOBBY SORIA, JOSE QUEZADA, ROBERT VELA AND GERLA ROLLINSON for making my experience so enjoyable. More
