The sales associate, Stacey Sibley, was phenomenal. We spoke several times on the phone and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on her lot. However, this associate has changed our way of thought and we will buy from her again no matter what dealership she is located. So, you better hold on to this one!!!!! The dealership was very clean and well kept. Except for the front bathrooms...we could not tell if the doors were locked or unlocked. Please fix that, because my wife had to place her purse on the ground in front of the door, which is not very sanitary. I had a leak in transmission I had to pay to get fixed, a leaky AC that was blowing hot air. I was frustrated! I thought I would at least try to see what you guys could do for me, wasnt expecting much with my negative equity. Upon my arrival, I was immediately met by Vinny. He was kind, friendly and considerate! He took time with me and I did not feel rushed. He explained all my options and put me in a new car that was within my budget. Nathan worked hard to get me in a car that I could afford and looked for rebates to get me a deal. If I had to critique anything, it would be that I was there for 5 hours, but worth it in the end. My experience with Texas Motors Ford I am very busy and do not have the required time to purchase a car the traditional route. So I decided to contact the dealership via internet. I requested an online quote and got a very timely response followed with a phone call and e-mail. I had explained to Joseph Kelly that I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't interested in the typical car salesman negotiations as this is very time consuming and frustrating. At that point Mr. Kelly went to work on my request. While I was at work he called me and ask if I could take a few minutes to come confirm the car. I went there and picked out the car and filled out my credit application in approximately 30 minutes. Joseph had told me that I could return to work and had assured me that he would work very hard on making this sale. Within two hrs he had call me back saying the loan, paperwork, and car was ready for me. When I arrived and reviewed the selling price and loan terms I was pleased because we did little to no negotiations. I trusted him to take care of this and he did. It took around 1.5 hrs to be done with everything and driving away with the car. Very professional service. More

Gerald greeted me in the parking lot while I was looking at some cars I was interested in. He asked if anyone was helping me, and I told him not yet, but he was welcome to help me with some prices since I a at some cars I was interested in. In no time, we got some paperwork going, had a quote that I agreed with, did an appraisal and gave me what I wanted, and agreed to buy the car. He was extremely friendly, courteous, sociable knowledgeable, and did a great job in getting me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The only problem was the wait time for the finance personnel to get to me for going over the purchase paperwork and financing options. Seems that Friday eve is a little busy at the dealership and there were too many customers ahead of me. More
