internet sales I found a 2013 Explorer on the internet with 13,000 miles at Texas Motors Ford. We went there and expected it to be gone and they would try to sell me I found a 2013 Explorer on the internet with 13,000 miles at Texas Motors Ford. We went there and expected it to be gone and they would try to sell me another car. To my surprise it was still there, but someone was test driving it. When it was returned we got to take it for a drive and Brandon our sales rep explained all the features of the car. When we got back we went into the office and in 15 minutes we made a deal for the car. The service we got from all the employees that we dealt with was fantastic. It was easy and painless and we were out of there in less that an hour. The car is Ford certified and under warranty, we truly had a great experience at Texas Motors Ford. New mustang purchase was a breeze I had been in contact with Lynn & Karl before arriving at the dealership. I was able to test the car upon arrival & soon was working in the paperwork I had been in contact with Lynn & Karl before arriving at the dealership. I was able to test the car upon arrival & soon was working in the paperwork while my car was getting detailed for me. The next day I noticed a few scratches in the window tint from the removal of the window sticker. I alerted Lynn of the problem and was able to schedule an appointment to get the tint fixed for free as well as get a second key made for my MUSTANG!!! Lynn is awesome at customer service by accomplishing all of the above and storing a few items I had left in my old truck!!! More

We purchased a new Ford Fusion "S" model, and sent requests out to several dealers in the Fort Worth area. Lynn's initial price beat the other dealers, as well as my compayn's X-plan pricing. We wanted a smooth and easy transaction, as we had our own financing and did not have a trade-in. Lynn had the car we discussed waiting for us to test drive, and it was the one we purchased. We were in and out in under three hours. It was the best experience we have had at a car dealership period. There were no additional pressures or upselling going on. We will be servicing our vehicles at Texas Motors Ford and will call Big Tex next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Chris Moll More
