The High Pressure sales pitch from a fast talking salesmen will put me off faster than anything else. Luckily, I didn’t get that when I stopped at Texas Motors Ford. It was a hot afternoon and I just stopped to look around, but Nick Markland ventured out to see if I needed help anyway. No pressure, no hype, just answered my questions and showed me what I wanted to see. I decided that if I was going to buy a new truck, this was where I was going to get it. They had a great selection and their sales prices were as low or lower than anywhere else I had looked. I made some notes about a few trucks and went home to think it over. It was good that I did NOT get 48 follow up phone calls urging me to buy it today! So even though I was just lookin' around, I bought one a few days later. When it came time to sign the papers and the inevitable last minute pitch to buy the extended warranty was offered, it remained a pleasant experience. I never got the feeling I was paying too much or getting stuck with something I didn't want. Even after the purchase I know if I call and ask for help or information about some new gadget on the truck, I will get a quick response from Nick. I would highly recommend this dealer and their staff. More
