On March 17th, I went to Texas Motor Ford to test drive a vehicle my daughter and I had seen the previous day after going from one dealership to another and found the car we wanted. He gave us all the safety features and details of the vehicle. He was friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable of the vehicle we decided to purchase. Franny was very nice and did not pressure us in any way when making a decision on what to buy. Also felt that the manager was honest when talking to us about a lease and we did not feel mislead in any way when making a decision on what to buy. My wife & I were out looking for a pick up truck one Friday evening. We went to a Toyota dealership off of 820. We saw & talked to salesperson who showed us a pick up that was the right price but had Friday evening. We went to a Toyota dealership off of 820. Since Texas Motors Ford was recommended by a friend who had just bought a Ford Festiva a week earlier, we decided to stop by to see the selection of used vehicles. We entered the lot & had intended to just drive it but was blocked by a clean Ford Explorer that was in our way. It was at this point that Mr. Gerald Rollinson was parking a vehicle close to where we were just getting off to look at the Explorer. We were immediately impressed with the condition of vehicle & the low miles & price. We looked at other vehicles at the lot but came back to the Explorer. I told Mr. Rollinson that we were going to visit the Nissan dealership that was also off 820 but decided to make an offer on the Explorer. Mr. Rollinson was very courteous & very professional in handling our offer & closing the deal for us. He called me a few days later to see if we were still satisfied with our purchase. I told him that we were very happy with our purchase but wanted to know if he could get me the code to unlock the doors. He immediately made arrangements for me to take it in & arrange for my service request. I would definitely recommend this dealership & Mr. Rollinson to friends and family. More

Roger was a great salesman! Not too pushy, listened to my questions and found out the answers if he didn't know them right away. My husband and I went to another dealership Saturday morning intending to my questions and found out the answers if he didn't know them right away. Went in to look at cars for my daughter who is 16. Gerald was very professional and didn't push for us to buy a car.
