Lastly, When the President of a company walks into the office and introduces himself and stays and visits, that impressed us greatly! He was very kind, as were the entire staff. From the moment we pulled into the lot we both knew that the normal dreaded car buying experience wasn't going to be so bad ....Gerald meet us in the lot & our car buying experienced started off on a great the normal dreaded car buying experience wasn't going to be so bad ....Gerald meet us in the lot & our car buying experienced started off on a great note - we were pressed for time & was just wanting to know the price range on a Ford Escape - after a few minutes of conversation - Gerald ask us when we could come back so that he could provide us with some detailed information about the Ford Escape - as Ford has so many features & safety features to review that it would take a little while to demonstrate. We agreed to come back on Tuesday .........Tuesday - Gerald was very detailed on the many features & taking his time to explain our intended purchase. After a test drive - with just the wife & myself - we proceeded to review the financing possibilities & an opportunity to get to know Gerald. We didn't have our trade-in with us & wanted to review our meeting thus coming back on Wednesday. Gerald spent additional time in explaining the over night questions which resulted in us purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape. We found the dealership staff very friendly & attentive to our presents & didn't leave us wondering what was next. We were considering a different manufacturer - of which we have owned before & currently - however; the lack of professional customer service made this decision easier to handle. We both can say that Geralds attention to details & answering our questions - not rushing us - not having to negotiated the price - is what lead us to purchase our new vehicle. Gerald took the dreaded "car buying" experience to a very comfortable level. When it is time to replace our other "non Ford" product we hope that Gerald will still be with Texas Motors Ford so that we can have the same non-stressful experience once again ............ More
