Completely satisfied! Big Tex was great! We called with our specifications only minutes before we arrived around 5:30 pm at the dealership - and he had two vehicles waitin Big Tex was great! We haven't had a new vehicle since 1987, so we have been reluctant to go to a dealership. Lynn made our visit a positive, non-threatening experience. He went over everything in detail took me for a test drive and I was sold! They have been by far the best! They work great with the military and help you out so that you are 100% satisfied. The finance department worked hard and got me a great bank! More

I was first given specific price information on the vehicle and my trade-in by Karl. I was offended by the way he talked down to me and he'd even interrupt me when I was speaking. In any case, knowing it wasn't going to financially work out, I left. However, subsequently I was contacted and told that the dealership WOULD be willing to negotiate after all. So I returned. However when I returned and after looking at the vehicle again, I was told me that there was absolutely no room for negotiation on the price of the vehicle, not even a little bit. So they completely wasted my time in that second visit. However, within a day of my second visit, they did lower the price by almost $1,000 so obviously the price I was quoted earlier was NOT their bottom price and they COULD'VE negotiated then. I can excuse rudeness, but not less-than-honest behavior from a dealership. More
