I explained that he would have to match the price and then it would come down to the trade. He was extremely professional. There was never any pushy salesman tactics. He was honest and up front about the whole process. The process took way longer than it should have but that wasn't his fault. If at any point I asked a question he couldn't answer, he called the right person and found the answer.
