I went to this dealership in search of my soon to be 16 year old daughters first car. I was immediately greeted by Tommy and when I explained to him what I was looking for and my budget. Once we located a vehicle of interest, Tommy Tatsak and Brian Bertschy worked together and were totally committed their time to me for numerous questions the negotiation of sales price was as good experience as I have EVER had when purchasing a car, pre-owned or new. We ended up at Texas Motors Ford because we were looking for a certain truck that was not easy to find. It turned out the General Manager was driving the car at the time. Wow! Last week my husband bought a beautiful shinny new truck. He really liked it. Lynn Self spent some time explaining the options that had come out on trucks since his last purchase. Third time to buy a vehicle with this dealership and as always Karl Brown was amazing, he spent time and listened to what my grandson's needs were for his first vehicle and made it a great experience. And the finance manager Mr. Pete Gutierrez was so great when he explained the finance process to my grandson he treated him with great respect and my grandson told me that he like Mr.Gutierrez because he did not talk down to him just because he was 18.
