The Dealer would not honor the $2500 voucher that was sent to us. We called to ask if the voucher could be used on a used vehicle, we got an emphatic yes. My wife went to the Dealership, picked out a c sent to us. We called to ask if the voucher could be used on a used vehicle, we got an emphatic yes. My wife went to the Dealership, picked out a car and was told "We cannot accept the voucher because we (the Dealership) will not make any money on the deal". When she mentioned it again the salesman said "I can raise the price on the vehicle $2500 and then use the voucher if you want". I recommend being careful when trying to use one of those vouchers they send you. They are obviously not honest. More

The sales men are very helpful. they go out of there way to find the vehicle you are looking for. The sales manager does his best to find you the lowest rate possible. The total time finding a vehicle to th to find the vehicle you are looking for. The sales manager does his best to find you the lowest rate possible. The total time finding a vehicle to the end of the paper work is the quickest I have ever experienced. The service department is the friendliest to insure all my questions were answered about your vehicle you have. Overall experience was very good I will recommend this dealership to a friend. More

Don't waste your time with a dishonest dealership! I'm writing this review so that anyone that does business with this dealership knows they aren't trustworthy. I went to buy a vehicle that was listed I'm writing this review so that anyone that does business with this dealership knows they aren't trustworthy. I went to buy a vehicle that was listed on the internet at a great price. Was told it was just taken as trade and still in the "make ready dept." Left my number to be called when it was ready. Had to call back to find out what was going on and told "the vehicle is sold and someone put a deposit on it" More

Lynn "Big Tex" Self, is a very nice person. He treated us with respect, he made sure that we were happy. He was honest, and really listened to what we wanted in a car and needed in a car. A walmart employee Edie Frizzell had told me that ford & walmart work hand in hand w a flexplan. I was uncertain of what that was however I became interested.As soon as I walked into the ford dealership I was treated like a lady.I wasn't confused nor intimidated by any car speak nor the salesmen.As a divorced woman who never bought a car this ordinarily would be a scary ordeal not so! I expect to have a good long working relationship & made a new friend. More

Took car in for recall service. They let me use a loaner car while mine was being worked on. It didn't take as long as they first thought to get the part in and get the car fixed, only 2 days! I always have car while mine was being worked on. It didn't take as long as they first thought to get the part in and get the car fixed, only 2 days! I always have my car serviced here so I have a service advisor, Jamie Heiland. He is GREAT!! Always helpful and friendly. I gave a rating of good because overall it was. There were a couple of things that were great but my overall experience was good. More

Found truck on line called to see if truck was avilable,salesman said it was told him i would call him back returned his call told him i would be driving 3 hours to meet him.he said the truck woul avilable,salesman said it was told him i would call him back returned his call told him i would be driving 3 hours to meet him.he said the truck would be pulled to the front of the store so no one would make a deal on it.Talked to 2-different salesmen during the trip.got to dealership to find out someone was making a deal on the truck. 3 hour trip wasted.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
