I went to the dealership to check out a Mustang I saw listed on the internet. I called first and spoke to Lynn Self and because he was so helpful I made it a point to ask for him when I arrived. As we talked more I realized he was truly genuine in how he approached his customers. He made me feel like I was the most important customer in the dealership. Dropped off my car for an oil change and requested to have it back by 1:00pm. I alomost did not come because of the lack of interest the young man displayed when I called in just after 7;00 PM. He was less then helpful after hours and seemed botehred by my not knowing the area adn seeking to understand where you were located being new to the area. he kept isistign I needed to call back when service was open. t would also be benefical if everyone that had the potetnail to answer the phone knew exactly where you were located.
