Vinny has been quite solicitous and helpful. We found the Escape on Ebay and were told our bid was accepted. My husband went to check out the vehicle. We decided to purchase the Escape and during the process of applying for a loan we ran into a snag with the first account rep (I don't remember his name). He did not check out my credit score and was, I believe, taking the easy way out by making an application to the company he was most comfortable dealing with, Capital One. That was definitely off-putting. But, Vinny came to the rescue and we tried with a different account rep who did check my score and I was able to get a loan with Ford Credit Co. with a much lower interest rate and lower monthly payments. Vinny showed me how everything worked in the Escape, the car was clean and he even filled up the gas tank. So, overall, my experience was a great one. Thank you, Vinny!!! More
