I purchased a new Ford F-150 from Darrin and Trey. Darrin is very friendly, showed me every truck I wanted to look at. Trey worked the numbers, this is the second truck I've bought from him. He is the guy that made it happen. We were quite a distance apart initially but he closed the gap to a number that I could not refuse. Pete is in the business office he presented all the "add-on" services, answered all my question without any high pressure. I didn't buy any extras, but Pete was pleasant to work with. I traded in a 2007 Ford SuperDuty with 90,000 miles and had it serviced every 5,000 miles in the Texas Motors Service Department. Service Department is great also and I plan on getting the new F-150 serviced there as well. More

Our 2005 Ford Escape threw a rod on Friday. Jerry in service referred us to Pat Snell. We came in Saturday morning. Pat helped us out even though he was juggling 3 customers. The purchase was quick and easy. Pete was kind and efficient, and had us done with the paperwork in no time. Pat wasn't available after we signed the paperwork, but he called and made sure everything was OK and had Lynn Self (who sold us the 2005 Escape at Texas Motors) deliver the new car and helped us sync our phones and showed us many of the features in the new car. We were done by lunch. More

I am a 28 year old graduate student, and a first time car buyer. I recently obtained my first job that would allow me to afford a car. Artis Johnson was super nice to me when I came to first test drive a car buyer. I recently obtained my first job that would allow me to afford a car. Artis Johnson was super nice to me when I came to first test drive a car. He was low pressure, but still encouraged me to buy before November. I originally planned to wait a couple more months. He listened to what I wanted in a car and did not try to pressure me into a "fancier" car. I came in with unrealistic expectations about car price and he really talked to me about the options. Mr. Johnson even showed me a 2011 Ford Focus. I decided I did not like the 2011 Focus but LOVED the 2012. I found one Focus I liked that was a base SE but was waiting for the right color. Over the weekend Ford put a nicer Focus SE on sale for a better price than the one I originally wanted. I would not have come back if it was not for Mr Johnson. :) I go to school at the University of Texas Arlington and will definitely be referring my friends to Texas Motors Ford. More
