Our choice to return to the Texas Motors Ford Dealership was based on the QUALITY and their CUSTOMER ORIENTED ATTITUDE. When we returned we immediately sought out our original sales rep, MR. BRANDON BALL. His demeanor and HARDWORKING attitude is why we knew we needed him. We gave Mr. Ball our budget and he immediately started showing my husband and I a FULL RANGE OF SUPERIOR VEHICLES that were A FAR CRY FROM THE RUBBISH THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS PRESENTED US. In addition, Mr. Ball knew the pricing off the top of his head. He did not have to constantly run back inside or give a wild guess if we asked him about a vehicle. If you have dealt with Vandergriff in Arlington you know what I am talking about. In addition, he made the process easy, due to the fact he was well versed in the product he was selling. Once we finally made a selection the dreaded negotiations started. This is the moment I usually felt like a leech with a straw was coming after me. Thankfully, we did not have to deal with a leech. We were lucky enough to deal with a sales manager named Mr. TREY VARDEMAN. During our discussions with Mr. Vardeman, my husband and I came to the conclusion that he was GENUINE, PRACTICAL and above all was WILLING TO WORK WITH US on a level we needed. After we came to an agreement we met with Mr. Jeremy Trest the gentlemen behind the scenes or in his words the “Paper Nerd”. Signing of course is always the best part for me. I realize you can really be caught off guard signing paperwork for your new ride. That is why I am very cautious in signing any document. As I was poring over the documents trying to make sure everything was as discussed. Mr. Trest caught something that just made the deal that much sweeter for my husband and I! (I will not say what it was, but it can only be described as once in a lifetime occurrence.) I was astonished that I had missed this before and was about to miss it as we signed. This could have actually backfired and cost us more, but Mr. Trest and the dealership showed immense integrity by letting us sign at the original price agreed. In light of our experience, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND the people we had the pleasure of working with and the TEXAS MOTORS FORD dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I friend recommended Texas Motors Ford to me for the bodywork-repair of my GMC Denali after an accident. At first I was surprised to learn that a Ford dealer could/would work on another brand of car, b bodywork-repair of my GMC Denali after an accident. At first I was surprised to learn that a Ford dealer could/would work on another brand of car, but as it turns out they do. I am very happy with the work they did. I cannot tell that there was every any damage to the car, and the other car hit me in such a way that the entire side of my Denali was scratched and dented including the front and back right side passenger doors and the side of the trunk-cargo area. They worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have that burden. And when the initial insurance estimate was slightly too low, they handled the follow up too. And last but not least, they reminded me that I needed new tires (it had been on my to do list) and priced those competitively for me, and returned my car to me fully cleaned. I have already recommended Texas Motors Ford to friends on Facebook and will continue to use them, even though I don’t own a Ford. More
