I purchased my new car there almost six years ago, I always have my regular maintenance done there, the people are friendly and welcoming, and I leave feeling that they treated my car as they would their own. Last week, I think it was Henry who greeted me immediately when I drove in (without an appointment) and commenced to diagnose along with another service person that a problem I was having looked like a computer malfunction and they'd need to keep it there for re-programming. Sara gave me a loaner car, called me and kept me informed, asked if I'd like them to go ahead and perform the regular maintenance that was due as well since they already had the car there (oil change, new filters, tire rotation), which I did, and this was all worked in for me even without an appointment. If I ever decide to replace my car, Courtesy Mazda is the first place I'll go. More

30,000 mile service I had gone in for an oil change and as the service guys were doing their regular check up, they found my air and cabin filters really were dirty and i I had gone in for an oil change and as the service guys were doing their regular check up, they found my air and cabin filters really were dirty and in need of replacement. Though I was not up to the 30,000 mile mark, it turned out to be cheaper to get them along with that service which would be needed soon anyway. It was a good call and I appreciated the work that was done even if ahead of time. Thanks service folks!! More

Purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 We researched cars for two years and even rented cars to test drive on trips. The Mazda CX-5 rose to the top of our short list. Then we online researched dealers in northern Colorado and each dealers sales staff. The reason for this effort is simply...we resist high pressure or slick sales tactics. After comparing customer reviews, I emailed Aspen Swanson. She lived up to our expectation of being treated courteously with helpful and knowledgeable answers. Kevin Nauta, General Sales Manager completes the deal with incredible efficiency. I recommend Courtesy Mazda. Wow. We LOVE our CX5! More
