Nekoda Jacobs at Ehrlich in Greeley, CO listened to us go back and forth between a Highlander and Avalon. He patiently let us drive both. No pressure. No urgency. No ugly sales push. Just a quiet professional (but also fun!) manner. We could have gone anywhere to buy, but he really was the reason we bought from Ehrlich.
