Great truck for a good price I worked with Scott Helman to purchase a 2014 Tundra. At first I was looking at a 2015 and actually found a better price for the same truck at a Denv I worked with Scott Helman to purchase a 2014 Tundra. At first I was looking at a 2015 and actually found a better price for the same truck at a Denver dealer so I went down there and I just didn't feel comfortable making a deal with them because of their attitude. All they talked about was how big they are and how they do low margin high volume. They forgot the most important thing "exceptional customer service". So I ended up going back to Ehrlich and talking to Scott, I was willing to pay extra for a 2015 in order to get that customer service experience we all expect when we spend our hard earned money. Well he actually found me a 2014 that was the exact same color and specs as the 2015 I was looking for so we ended up making a deal on it. I worked with Erin Schauer in finance and he was also great. He actually listened to what I wanted and needed and gave me some options. There was a gentleman nicknamed Cactus that ran the detail shop who I was extremely impressed with as well. I pointed out a couple of things I would like to see cleaned up and they got right on it. All in all I had a great experience at Ehrlich thanks to their entire team realizing what Superior Customer Service is. More

Pleasantly surprised Based on past experience, I expected to be approached by a sales person immediately after stepping out of my car.
