I was impressed with her attitude of "how can I make this work for you". I told her I wanted the bottom line and that's just what she got me right away. No back and forth trying to jockey the price. I told her what I wanted and she got it done. I don't hand out compliments often but Nica went above and beyond her job description to get me into a car I liked with a price I could afford. She took the time (several hours) to explain everything I had questions on and even answered questions I wouldn't have thought to ask but needed to know.
