My daughter and I had been researching on the internet for a Toyota Highlander. We live in Thornton, Colorado and even though we lived closer to other Toyota Dealerships, Ehrlich Toyota had the exact car for a Toyota Highlander. From the time that we entered the showroom, every salesperson was very friendly and wanted to know if we had been helped. We test drove the vehicle, and we were left alone to make a decision as to which vehicle and accessories that we wanted. I was not pressured into taking a particular vehicle. They were very considerate in trying to get the paperwork completed and getting us on the road before dark. Paul still made the time to explain all of the features inside the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable in driving it home. I plan to service the vehicle here in Greeley as often as we can because of the help we received here. More

Even when I thought it was very apparent we were ready to buy he was not looking to "close", he ju knowledgable, and did not pressure us in ANY way. Once it came to the point I would expect to haggle he simply asked what it would take to earn our business, I gave him a list of what I thought was reasonable to be included and at what price, he took it to the manager, and came back with approval. What I expected could be a long drawn out day was all wrapped up VERY quickly. When we go to buy another vehicle we will absolutely be going to Ehrlich and asking for Chad. More
