We received exceptional service after the Toyota we picked out got sold out from under us at the Denver dealer Ehrlich dealt with. Then the second car (different color)at the Denver outlet was hit and picked out got sold out from under us at the Denver dealer Ehrlich dealt with. Then the second car (different color)at the Denver outlet was hit and damaged in the dealer's lot! ;-( Travis immediately located another new vehicle which was the color we had originally wanted. The upgrade cost was successfully negotiated and we now have a great Toyota RAV4 thanks to Travis and Scott!
