My husband and I went to Ehrlich Toyota and Scion as we always do to have service done to our current Toyota 4Runner, we decided that enough was enough and we wanted something newer and more efficient. Normally, we would have dealt with Travis as we did with our last purchase in 2011 (he is a fantastic salesperson, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great car buying experience). But, he was busy with another customer. Fortunately Chad was available and willing to help. We initially thought we wanted another 4Runner, but Chad had discussed our options and we decided going with a Scion FR-S was our best bet. His patience and willingness to answer all of our questions about leasing terms, payment options, choices as far as vehicle options go, he was spot on with all of it. Chad and Travis thank you for always giving us a wonderful experience, we will continue to come back again and again for any auto purchases and services! More

Matt Cunningham comes across as a friendly, service- and quality-oriented salesperson. He is honest and listens to what the customer truly wants from the car buying experience. From the beginning to the end of our car buying experience he hussled, was kind and related well, paid attention to details of the sale, and worked to make sure he was offering us both the highest quality service and the highest quality product (including additional work on the car body paint, tire balancing, and interior cleaning that needed to be addressed). Matt Cunningham is an employee at Ehrlich's that we would definitely recommend. He works well as part of the larger staff while making sure to relate well with the customers and, surely, meeting his sales quotas. He is an outstanding employee and Ehrlich's should be proud to have him on staff. More

Everyone was friendly, with no pressure. Grant was helpful and quickly responsive to questions. I cannot find the finance man's card, but he was equally friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best cary buying experience I have ever had! Travis and the team were great!! It would have been easier for me to purchase my new car in Denver where I live but the service was so good at had! Travis and the team were great!! Henry took the time to listen to what we wanted. When he found the car we were looking for he made sure we could get a deal we could live with. So im considering trading my GTR in on a more family oriented car. I was thinking a crew cab tundra so I have a truck. Not important. The Internet sales manager at EHRLICH TOYOTA in GREELEY CO said we'l oriented car. I was thinking a crew cab tundra so I have a truck. Not important. The Internet sales manager at EHRLICH TOYOTA in GREELEY CO said we'll need to see your car to give you a trade appraisal. Fine! So i go there today talk with the Internet sales manager PAUL who is a nice guy, he said they had to go look over my car. Fine, They have about 6-7 guys including the general manager, the used car manager and some techs. PAUL comes back and asks what I owe, fine. a couple of other questions, fine. Have I ever launched it...... Keep in mind Ehrlich is a certified GTR dealership too. I said "YES, Twice. You can verify this with a CONSULT 3 that every certified dealership has". He says ok. While were talking 2 guys, who never said one word to me walk out to MY car and get in, start it, fine... PAUL says, "They want to take it for a drive." I said "Um no, Im not comfortable with that, ive never even let my wife start the xxxx thing." He goes out and tells them. They turn the car off, walk in. Didn't look at me or speak with me, gave PAUL my key fob and tell him. "Give him his key." So I go up to the guy and say, "Look, I know you need to drive it, but Im not comfortable with you guys just taking it, ive never even let me wife even start it. If I ride shotgun I'd be more comfortable, especially if we can make a deal." Nope were not interested. I say seriously? You have me come down here and get offended because I dont want you guys driving in MY car. Its a 60K sports car and you guys were just going to putz around? "Were not interested. " turned his back and walked away. Ive never been treated like that in my entire life! I wasnt rude, I was honest and up front about launching the car (twice i might add), and they treated me like i was a piece of garbage. PAUL ATKINSON AND TRAVIS RATLIFFE who were working with me via email, extremely helpful and nice guys. Its a shame that they are subjected to work with such classless management. I would work with them again, but never at an Ehrlich dealership. SO, DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER!!!! More

My salesperson was Grant Moreno. I first visited the website to search for new inventory and found a new Highlander Hybrid I was interested in. I was able to negotiate a price on-line and over the phone website to search for new inventory and found a new Highlander Hybrid I was interested in. I was able to negotiate a price on-line and over the phone for a unit that had not yet been delivered to the dealership. Grant walked me through the process and made the experience very easy and pleasant. Grant did a masterful job of explaining all of the bells and whistles this new car featured, which were numerous being a Hybrid with navigation and all the other state of the art newer electronic features. John Motshall and the Ehrlich team are a refreshing example of great customer service not just for an car dealer. They are are focused on your needs, honest and surprise you in a good way. I used to prefer buying used cars so I didn't have to do the dance with dealers and their tactics but a friend recommended Ehrlich before I bought my last car and I couldn't be happier. They are helpful, there is zero pressure and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Everything was as expected or better and tehy saved me time by installing the extras I needed. I actively recommend them because of this and love my new Tundra. More
