I never knew that buying a new car could be an enjoyable experience before I went and visited with Scott at Ehrlich Toyota. I had bought 2 cars previously from Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins and thought I experience before I went and visited with Scott at Ehrlich Toyota. So to say that Scott and Ehrlich was a change of pace is a big understatement. Scott is very friendly and laid back; at no time during my visits did I feel pressured in the least. He was willing to answer any questions I had and when he did not know the answer, he was really great about seeking out the truth to address my concerns. I can honestly say that I would happily buy a car from Scott again. Additionally, everyone at Ehrlich was great. The entire buying process was very reassuring. I even met people in the service department on my first visit. This seems to be a trend at Ehrlich. They really make sure that you are happy with your purchase and with your salesman. After I had completed the transaction, another gentleman came out and asked me questions to make sure that I had a great experience. He sincerely wanted to make sure that Ehrlich Toyota was doing everything possible to make sure that the customers that leave are extremely satisfied with their work. They go above and beyond to make sure that they have great customer service. I appreciated their effort and they have earned a customer for life. More

The only reason I gave the price a 4 was because I thought they were going to give me 500 more for my trade but that was not the case they took price off my severance tax. Just purchased a new Tundra, which will be my sixth, or seventh, vehicle I have purchased from Ehrlich's. Obviously, aside from the fact I like Toyota's and Nissan's, I keep going back to Ehrlichs because seventh, vehicle I have purchased from Ehrlich's.
