I was just about to walk out when I didn’t get the offer I wanted. Mr Rose came after me and said “ I don’t want you to leave unhappy. How can I get your business?. I’ll do what it takes to make you happy”. As a single mom with limited resources, it was music to my ears and brought a tear to my eyes. Mr Rose got a car that made my child happy and because he was so kind to us both, I was happy to spend the money. He negotiated terms I felt were fair.
