We did not receive the following discounts/prices that we had previously discussed: 1) TrueCar discount (said it was not available for this vehicle). 2) Carmax price-match for our trade-in (said they have to had previously discussed: 1) TrueCar discount (said it was not available for this vehicle). 2) Carmax price-match for our trade-in (said they have to factor-in taxes). 3) Financing incentive (offered during initial price discussion, then later said it was not available for this vehicle). Also, there was a $1,298 mark-up for Permaplate which was explained as a "requirement" for this vehicle (so not sure on the validity of the mark-up). A positive is that they honored the TrueCar $500 military discount. Finally, our vehicle did not have floor mats which we realized after arriving home; we recently let our sales person know (when he called to see if everything was going well with the vehicle)...he said he would look into it and follow-up with us; however, we've not yet heard back from him. The new features on this vehicle are awesome. Steve Cloud, the Finance Manager, explained aspects about my lease that were a concern--and he offered to have me contact him if any other questions.
