Horrible experience. Worked with these people for 3 days, all was well. Just shy of driving 5 hours one way to "pre-purchase" this vehicle and they call to tell me they made a mistake and "my" vehicle was actually pre-purchased by someone else. This, after I agreed to their BS market adjustment - $1250 over MSRP, and trying to get me to buy Permaplate, then insisting that if I don't use their financing, I'd have to add $2000 to the price (total BS) + + +..... If you don't want to get jacked around and/or value your finances, stay away from this place. More
