They do not care about their customers. Will tell you anything to make a sell but won’t stand by anything and refuse to give anything in writing. First service- no one could give me any updates on my vehicle for 5 hours and could never find my service advisor. Went to the dealership and they still couldn’t find my car or service advisor. A 1hour service took 6 1/2 hours and I still have no idea where my car was for most of the day. More

They left me there for three hours while I waited on my key to be fixed. I was pretty sure all it needed was a battery, and that was indeed all it needed. They never did answer my question about how to use key to be fixed. I was pretty sure all it needed was a battery, and that was indeed all it needed. Worse service department I’ve ever seen. My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. After 2 weeks of calling with no return call, I visited and was informed they forgot about my car My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. After 2 weeks of calling with no return call, I visited and was informed they forgot about my car and it had not been looked at. It has now been 2 more weeks with no response to my calls.
