Once we picked out the car, I asked Mr. Fisher if would get the car for what the advertised price the car was advertised at, and he said yes. He didn't respond back so I texted him again and he said the price was increased because of an inspection fee. I asked about the fee, and he never responded. It is advertised in the dealership that they do the inspections. The Service center had THREE opportunities from May 2024 through end of August 2024 to find and FIX the oil leak in my 2013 Azera. They missed it at every opportunity.
