Once we picked out the car, I asked Mr. Fisher if would get the car for what the advertised price the car was advertised at, and he said yes. A few days later while getting the insurance on the car I noticed that I was charged $9400 for the car not the $7999 it was advertised at. Once I noticed it, I texted Mr. Fisher about it, and he said he would speak to the manager. He didn't respond back so I texted him again and he said the price was increased because of an inspection fee. I asked about the fee, and he never responded. It is advertised in the dealership that they do the inspections. After not getting a response from Mr. Fisher, I returned the call from a Michael J at the dealership who wanted to know about my experience, he never returned my call. More

The Service center had THREE opportunities from May 2024 through end of August 2024 to find and FIX the oil leak in my 2013 Azera. They missed it at every opportunity. Until the coolant started leaking too through end of August 2024 to find and FIX the oil leak in my 2013 Azera. They missed it at every opportunity. Until the coolant started leaking too and smoke was inside and outside my car. Things went from BAD to WORSE and I was told the Engine was warped from overheating. And that this would be a $12,000 replacement. NOT HAPPY. More
