I'm trying for a month to get my Gap Insurance refund and have been passed around by several persons at McDonough Hyundai and I still cannot seem to get someone to get back to me and handle the refund. So fa have been passed around by several persons at McDonough Hyundai and I still cannot seem to get someone to get back to me and handle the refund. So far today I have spoken to 4 persons and finally in my frustration and disgust, Roy promised to personally find someone to handle my request. Let's see what happens in my efforts today! Came in for my free 7K oil change and tire rotation and got more than what I asked for free of charge. I have a brand new palisade and the 12V outlet was out in the second row and the fuse was replaced for got more than what I asked for free of charge. I have a brand new palisade and the 12V outlet was out in the second row and the fuse was replaced for that. I also got a free car wash and multi point inspection.
