I brought my car in to find the problem and I still have a problem. No one could tell me what is wrong with it. They just assumed it was a remote start problem because it was aftermarket. There was an error in my repair request but Travis, the service Advisor, quickly found the error, corrected it and kindly made the proper adjustments.
