He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave my husband and I the time and space we needed to make an informed decision. Craige completed our paperwork and arranged financing quickly. He took the time to explain all of our options. When we sat down with the Finance Manager, he too was so personable and worked to provide more financial benefits for us. Once the purchase was complete, the Finance Manager and Craige thanked us for our business. The days following the purchase, Craige as well as a manager from the dealership followed-up with us to ensure we were not only happy with our purchase, but also the service we received. I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I don't recall ever receiving a call after purchasing a vehicle. This shows that the personnel at McDonough Hyundai care about providing quality service to their customers. This is a great way to do business, because a happy customer is a repeat customer. More
