My experience was fantastic. Was greeted pleasantly within minutes of arrival, after walking around the car, I was told the time the car would be ready. Not only was it ready, Was greeted pleasantly within minutes of arrival, after walking around the car, I was told the time the car would be ready. Not only was it ready, but it had also been washed. What topped off my experience was i was walked out to my car and the handed my keys. No searching around. Drove home with a smile on my face. More

slowest service ever. took 2 hours to run the inspection then 3 for a tire rotation and alignment? saw several people come in after me and leave before me. arrived the we took 2 hours to run the inspection then 3 for a tire rotation and alignment? saw several people come in after me and leave before me. arrived the week before and was told it would be best to make an appointment. made a 1030 appointment. arrived at 10:04. didnt leave until 3:12pm. for a tire rotation and alignment? 200$ inspection is also pretty steep.
