Lack of communication I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I inquired about the current number. This time I had to call and find out my part was in after several weeks. When I came in to the shop to replace the part Elvis was helpful. I left the car and within a few hours Elvis called and the cashier called saying my vehicle was ready. Maybe from now on service will be more reliable as they were this time. More

Lack of customer service and updates regarding the vehicle left her with a bad taste in her mouth and obviously she wasn’t the only one due to she could not speak with the service manager due to other customers who were in the same situation and showing their displeasure with the service to the manager. Patience Timely Above Average I came in for a recall procedure. Alex told me that if I came in Nissan would fill up my gas tank and detail my car. He kept his promise and after I recived my services, my car returned to me in superior condition! While I waited in the lobby, staff were answering my questions and one gentleman offered me an umbrella to go outside. The detailer made me want to give him a hug but he was real quick and I didnt see him afterwards. It felt like I sat in a brand new car again! I love this Nissan McDonough location and I always reccomend people to your company. You all are more than just a car dealership.
