Truck was listed as factory certified Purchased a vehicle after looking for several weeks. Worked out a deal on a factory certified 2017 Ram 2500. Salesman Aaron was great to work with and we settled on everything via email. Never talked to him .Very convienent and he was very responsive. The day before I purchased it, I found out that the vehicle had 5,000 more miles than advertised. They knocked off a little money because of it. I wasn't too worried because it was factory certified and had an additional 3 month/3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with an additional 24 month/40,000 mile powerful warranty. After signing the paperwork, they tell me that it does not qualify for it because of an open recall they couldn't get parts for. Truck also had front end work done that was found after I got home that included paint. Pictures on internet listing don't show the misaligned bumper. Must've happened in their possession. They said it had a clean Carfax, but obviously wasn't inspected well. I take a little blame for having my new-to-me vehicle blinders on. Dealership did work out a few issues after the sale which is why they got 2 stars instead of one .Finance guy was extremely condescending. Definitely will not be going back .Dealer stops communication when they are called out on stuff. Friendly, maybe. Easy to work with, nope. More

Beware ,Terrible, What a joke, Will never return, Went to Mcfaddins looking for a used jeep grand Cherokee. Was met by an older gentleman that was new to the dealership. Went inside and was telling him what kind of jeep I was looking for. I made it easy, 06-10 JGC 60K-90K miles. $10,000-$15,000. Well then walks in Kyle, he walks past the gentlemen and says "when your done with them come see me in the office" in a very cocky tone. Then 5 min later he walks past the desk goes into an office 10feet away and pages the man over the intercom. Then Kyle comes out and states that he knows everything and the man we were with didn't know what he was doing, in front of him!!!! I think he repeated that 2 more times throughout the visit. Kyle doesn't even try to find a car I wanted, instead he has us drive a chevy and a patriot, very cheap feeling cars, 3k over my budget. Hated both cars. In the end Kyle was a Jerk disrespected his former US Marine coworker and humiliated him. Will never never go on that lot again. What a JOKE. The owner should be ashamed. And I Was a former customer . I went to Grand Rapids I got what I Wanted. My mom went there last year and after test driving 3 cars the sales man told her when she figures out what she wants to come back. She left went to GR and paid cash for a new Camry. Mcfaddins in South Haven is a JOKE. More
