The staff was friendly but a programming that should have only taken a half hour to a hour,took 3 hours and still was not programmed,they still charged me for labor even though they didn't get what I needed only taken a half hour to a hour,took 3 hours and still was not programmed,they still charged me for labor even though they didn't get what I needed done,the staff seemed to be a bunch of young people and didn't seem like they really knew what they were doing.Ya'll need to do better by training your staff better.I am out 341 dollars and problem isn't fixed at all not even a little. So now I am gonna go elsewhere to a mechanic I trust and see if he can fix it. More

They cleaned the vehicle well and topped it with gas before giving it too me, not all dealers do that.
