I ended up having a fantastic experience in buying my second car from McFarland Ford and I owe 90% of it to Jason Ose. This person just happened to be helping out his sister store and overheard my strugg second car from McFarland Ford and I owe 90% of it to Jason Ose. This person just happened to be helping out his sister store and overheard my struggles. Going through the difficulty of trying to find a reasonable financing rate seemed impossible. My initial visit seeming positive with insurance from the very busy sales manager. I left the store with hope. Not getting any news from the store I decided to pop in to find they could not find anyone to finance within my budget. Overhearing my difficulties with little explanation Jason ose went above and beyond, with what I see no compensation to himself (as his name was on no paperwork) to get me in a very nice vehicle within my financial limits. The actual car salesman Robbie also did an exceptional job being sure we were in a good situation when we left. More

Service work they performed was poorly done. They put new tires on my truck did not properly balance them so now my truck is shaky and wobbly. I also was using my spare tire before I got my new They put new tires on my truck did not properly balance them so now my truck is shaky and wobbly. I also was using my spare tire before I got my new tires and when they changed them out, they just threw my spare in the bed of the truck, which it rode in the back of my truck for over a week before I had time to re-put it back I bought my truck there and they can’t even put my spare tire bag underneath my bed absolutely pathetic service. That is definitely not how you treat a customer that has bought their last three trucks brand new from that establishment. More
